Performance appraisal is the enterprise human resources management important tool, the scientific performance appraisal system can effectively improve the employee’s work behavior, and improve the overall performance, the value of the enterprise and competition ability from this will also get promoted. This paper will systematically study, analysis of a software enterprise IT project team performance appraisal system design, construction and application issues.In the first part of the paper discusses the theories of performance management, including performance and the concept of performance management, performance management, process and effect of the factors influencing performance, the performance level of the model, the performance appraisal system and the definition of the content and methods of performance evaluation.In this paper, the second part focuses on the software enterprise IT project team performance appraisal analysis of the current situation, this paper introduces a software company IT project team performance appraisal mechanism and mode, and through the interview method analysis in project team performance appraisal of the problems, the project team performance appraisal mechanism to build the necessity.The third part of this article with a software company IT project team performance appraisal system construction of practical, this paper introduces a software company IT project team performance evaluation system design principles and ideas, this paper introduces a software enterprise by IT project team performance appraisal system design process, tools and work analysis, introduced IT project team performance appraisal index of design principles, sources, steps and key performance indicators is developed, and the performance evaluation index of weight distribution.Finally, this paper describes a software enterprise IT project team performance appraisal system implementation and application effect.
