| With China’s rapid development of market economy, the exploration of corporate social responsibility has been deepening. More and more enterprises have started exploring the relations between themselves and the society and pays more attention to the corporate responsibilities. Meanwhile, China is also exploring new breakthroughs to improve the welfare system of enterprises. Various NGOs at the frontier of development have also been looking for innovative approaches to help promote China’s social progress and healthy growth.Currently, a new model of social innovation called,"Social Enterprise"has quietly appeared. Canyou is such a company dedicated to providing employment for the disabled and helping them lead a better life, and its unique corporate culture injects tremendous impetus to its development.Through fundamental theories on corporate culture, using several methods, such as, literature reading, comparative analysis, and interviews, the present paper conducts research into Canyou’s corporate culture. Firstly, it introduces the incorporation background, organizational structure, regional distribution and corporate culture development processes of Canyou Group. Secondly, it analyzes its mental culture, system culture, behavioral culture, and material culture. Thirdly, it reaches a conclusion that the connotation of Canyou’s corporate culture is manifested in its public service, openness, innovation, care and love, adaptability, collaboration, inclusiveness and motivation.. Fourthly, it proposes solutions to issues and problems hidden in the company’s corporate culture. Finally, it discusses the revelation that Canyou Group’s corporate culture has brought to the development of social enterprisesGiven the relative maturity in the theoretic research into corporate culture at the present time, this paper will combine with the theories of corporate culture but focus on studying the features of corporate culture specific to Canyou from the perspective of social enterprise. |
