In recent years, the emergence and rapid development of economy hotels has caused widespread concern in China. Compared with upscale hotels, economy hotels gain market recognitions with their market positioning, affordable prices and accommodation services. At the same time, Chinese economy hotels urgently need to solve some problems in their development process.This thesis chooses Seven days chain hotel as a study object. We are around these problems such as development strategies and implementation measures of Seven days chain hotel in Guangxi to study. Study has shown that, the market has become saturated state of intense competition in the first-tier cities. Enterprises are facing the Red Sea competition; business development space has been limited. In the future, the second and third tier cities, even counties and county level areas will bear Seven days chain’s important task of sustainable development. Guangxi has huge development potential; Seven days chain hotel will be an important part of the national strategy for the layout. In Guangxi. Therefore, to solve the problem of market development in Guangxi, formulating development strategies has become particularly important.In order to explore the development strategies and implementation strategies of Seven days chain hotel, we will use PEST analysis, Porter Five Forces Model, SWOT analysis tool to study. We will deeply analysis the characteristics of Guangxi market and its development, and closely combine the theory of the enterprise’s core resources capacity and strategic brand management theory with Seven days chain hotel’s management. From Seven days chain hotel’s actual situation of Guangxi, We will conduct a comprehensive research and analysis and propose the three main strategies of branding, information, and chaining. And we will put forward four strategic measures with expanding publicity to increase the competitiveness of the brand, strengthening personnel training and reserving human resources, accelerating the step points to seize the market, strengthening exchanges with the outside world, and enhancing innovation capacity to support the three main strategies. These strategies and measures have a highly targeted and operability. And they are helpful for Seven days chain hotel to clear its business development ideas, achieve better development in the future and also provide some useful experience to solve some problems for other economy hotels such as how to use local conditions and make good use of their advantages to become more stronger.
