With the growing of China’s economic strength, the improvement of people’s livingstandard, urban residents in China has entered into the phase of mass leisure tourismconsumption, the economy hotel for its convenience, economy and traditional star hoteljointly carve up the market, but with the competition, economy hotel is set to face alarger "dilemma","retreat" project and join in the chamber of commerce by rivals and"into" development needs a large number of its franchisees, and face a talent shortage,frequent franchisees to questions such as, how large budget hotel with its owncharacteristics and advantages attract corresponding target customer is the hotel industryin the process of development are faced with the problem.The object of this study is a leading hotel group in the domestic. In the fiercemarket competition, giving priority to with budget hotels, how to attract more customersand how to get rid of the lack of the talents in the development and how to realize thedevelopment strategy are the key point of this study. This paper confirmed the thoughtsof development, made the strategies of related development, and improved the relatedmanagement system, thus laying a solid foundation for the strategy of realizationbased on the analysis of industry market competition, the economy hotel market, RJhotel group’s own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threat..
