| In recent years, the scale of China's hotel industry has grown larger and larger as the economic level continues to increase. Hotels have become more and more competitive due to the lack in diversity. When the hotel customers are in pursuit of the basic consumption, they pay more and more attention to the feeling of the consumption experience. Therefore, research on how to run the hotel industry under the experience economy has an important issue in order to meet customers'need, improve the competitiveness of the hotel, and realize its sustainable development.According to the thought of proposing problems, analyzing problems, and solving problems, this thesis is organized as follows:Chapter one makes a general introduction, revolving around the background of selecting the topic, its significance, research methods and innovations.Chapter two reviews the concepts of experience, experience economy, experience marketing and compares experience economy with traditional economy, experience marketing with traditional marketing. At last it concludes and summarizes the research on the experience economy in the hotel industry.Chapter Three sorts out the existing problem of the hotel industry through the analysis of the development of China's tourism and hotel industry, then discusses, hotel consumer s'needs and behavioral characteristics.Chapter Four, one of the important contents of this thesis, is divided into three parts. Firstly, it discusses theme hotel about concepts, features and types of customers'experiences. Then, it analyzes how to select the theme of the hotel. Finally, it elaborates on the design problems of the hotel experience products.Chapter Five combines the experience economy with hotel marketing. It analyses the meaning and significance of hotel experience marketing. According to 4C marketing mix and the seven elements of the experience marketing, it proposes the hotel marketing strategy. It builds the model of the experience economy in the hotel industry, aiming to give a certain reference value for the development of the hotel industry.Chapter Six makes a case study of Anhui Yingjia Holiday Resort. Through analyzing the case of the product design, some inspirations are obtained.Chapter seven concludes the whole thesis and points out further research directions. |
