Network marketing channel is one of the main channels in foreign trade business in recent years. More than90%of foreign trading companies have established their own network marketing channels in the world according to related statics. Optimization of network marketing channel, on one side, it can help enterprises has a global perspective at the lowest cost, on the other side, it can greatly shorten the supply chain response time, increase the communication abilities between enterprises and customers, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and service quality. Especially for small companies whom lack large funds on marketing investments, the optimization of network marketing would help enterprises improve their operations spaces in business to a greatly extent.This thesis reviews both domestic and foreign literatures and related theories of marketing channel management at first. On this basis, the thesis takes East Dragon Corporation as a case study, and then analyzed the external environment, the main medium way in current channel, enterprise present status of East Dragon Corporation and the main management methods of customer information, make full statement on current network foreign trade marketing’s structure and status, analyzed the exist problems and root causes of East dragon in the area of enterprises website, SEO, B2B platform. Through the analysis, the thesis draw the conclusion that:the problem in enterprises website:Home page starts too slow; website lack of online order and payment function, less in foreign languages types; the problem in SEO:the keyword is incorrect, structure unreasonable, the lack of outer link; the problem in B2B platform:low feedback rate and low CTR in products. In response to these practical problems, the thesis was given the optimization goals, solution ideas, related optimization solutions, as well as program expectations and safeguards to the network marketing channels of East Dragon Corporation. Trying to expand marketing channels through the optimization of these three aspects of online marketing channels, improve the effect of channel marketing, and realize corporate marketing strategy.
