Sany is China’s largest engineering and manufacturing enterprise, FT500and finalists in2011for the first time, becoming only the list of machinery enterprises, Hunan and China’s economic development, especially the construction of the project has played an extremelyan important role. Sany’s middle managers, the implementation of business decisions, the formulation of business plans, marketing network, strategic commitment to the responsibilities and daily work management and communication with senior leadership and management, its importance can not be questioned. However, Sany’s middle managers widespread passive shortage of innovative, especially in the process of Sany international operations, the majority of middle managers can not adapt to the changing international environment, which shows three middle managers of a Heavy incentive problems, the problem is not solved, will restrict the further development of the Sany. Therefore, to establish a reasonable system, the middle managers of multi-level incentive system to make Sany ability and wisdom of the middle managers are given full play, and mobilize their enthusiasm became Sany solved problem,iterature, questionnaires and interviews, the factors of motivation theory, the process of motivation theory, the incentive effects of the theory as a guide, needs analysis starting from the the Sany middle managers incentives, pointing out that Sany middle managers defects and defective because of incentives to explore the principle of reconstruction of the the Sany middle managers incentives, analyze Sany middle managers incentives to reconstruct the basic ideas from the spiritual motivation, emotional encouragement and protection system incentives, middle managers, equity incentive four aspects of the Sany middle managers incentives.
