Human resources,as an important index to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of modern enterprises,have become the core strategic resources for the sustainable development of enterprises.Salary management is the core content of human resource management.Efficient salary system can strengthen enterprise centripetal force and cohesion,improve staff loyalty and dedication,and play an important role in promoting the development of enterprises.As a state-owned large and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprise,XEMC group is at the critical stage and key period of accelerating the transformation and upgrading and promoting the reform and development.How to improve and promote the sustainable development through the reform and reform of enterprises is the urgent task facing the present and the future.It is also a long and arduous historical mission,and the public is a long and arduous mission.The continuous optimization of salary incentive mechanism is one of the important means to effectively promote the reform and development of enterprises.It is the main problem that XEMC companies need to solve in the management of human resources,which is the main problem that the company needs to solve in the management of human resources,and the XEMC company needs to be more effective and public in the face of the middle management personnel.A flat salary incentive mechanism.Based on this background,this paper focuses on the optimization of the salary incentive mechanism of middle-level managers in XEMC group.Firstly,it analyzes the related concepts and theoretical basis of the salary and middle managers,and then analyses the situation of human resources and the salary incentive investigation of middle managers in XEMC group,and draws the current of XEMC company.The salary incentive measures are less and the salary is lower than the same industry.This paper further analyzes the problems of the middle managers' salary incentive mechanism in XEMC company,which can be divided into the compensation incentive mechanism and the company development strategy,the lack of incentive and efficiency of the performance appraisal system and the lack of long-term and effective salary incentive.Mechanism,aiming at this series of problems,this paper optimizes the design of the salary incentive mechanism of middle level managers in XEMC group company.It first clears its guiding ideology and main principles,andfurther from the company position value evaluation,the selection of salary strategy type,salary width and structure design,the design of performance management system and the middle length.All aspects of the period incentive measures are designed.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for XEMC's compensation incentive optimization design,which is divided into strengthening organization guarantee,strengthening communication communication and creating cultural atmosphere.Through these measures,we can better promote middle managers to take full responsibility in their posts and promote XEMC company to develop healthier and healthier.
