With the development of our national economy, China has become the "world factory" and the largest manufacturing industry. But under the prosperity in the surface, many questions that restrict our economy development have been obviously exposed, such as the inefficient management, high cost, low productivity, poor quality and so on. Many enterprises especially small and middle-sized enterprises are faced withed serious problems such as disordered management, shortage of capital, low productivity, poor quality, etc. Many enterprises have advanced equipment, but their field management is in a low level. This problem is restricting the development of enterprise and leading to the consequences that the equipment and other resources of the enterprise can not play out the biggest potential. As a typical minor enterprise, DiHao wine industry has serious field management questions. The article diagnosis the current situation of the DiHao wine industry production workshop site and puts forward a5S push project according to the5S theory so as to improve its field management.This article is divided into six chapters and the theme is to discuss the way in which our enterprises introduce the5S field management. All the research is relying on the DiHao wine industry production workshop site.Firstly, this article makes it clear about the research background, significance and objective in the first chapter. These are the foundation of article. In the research process, the article uses documentary research method, empirical research and observational method. Then the article summarized the5S theory system in the second chapter based on the existing5S theory research and application of the present situation.After that, the article diagnosis the current situation of the DiHao wine industry production workshop site and gets many questions in the third chapter. Then this article puts forward a5S push project according to the5S theory in the following chapter.Finally, there are description of the implementation for5S scheme in detail and the expected effect evaluation in the fifth chapter. At last, the sixth chapter will arrive at the conclusion and point out the limitations of the study.DiHao wine industry is a typical Chinese small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise and its main production is various grades of liquor series. This article provides improvement program based on the5S theory after making analysis for the production workshop and assesses its feasibility, necessity and expected effect. This improvement program will make the quality of environment better, promote the productivity effect and reduce waste of each connection and the production operation cost.
