The Construction And Implementation Of5S Site Management In Changsha Cigarette Factory

Abstract:Field management is the foundation of enterprise management, and it has played a role that can’t be ignored to the production efficiency, guarantee the quality of products and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. As an important means of site management,5S management is key to the improvement of enterprise. As the basement of business management,"5S" management is key to the direction of company development.5S management that originated from Japan, mainly includes the field management of sorting, organization, cleaning, standardization and discipline. It’s very useful to the field management, especially for the managements of factory staff, machine, material and method.This paper expounds the theoretical foundation of5S on-site management method, and analyses the present situation of site management of Changsha cigarette factory. Combined with that, this paper mainly discusses how to use the5S management theory to improve the management level of enterprises. In the process of construction and the improvement scheme, introduce advanced management methods, including the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish an evaluation model, and the visual management method, location management method to the implementation process of5S management. After the implementation of5S management method, site management of enterprise has been significantly improved, mainly in the production site clean and orderly, improve staff quality, equipment failure rate is reduced, the rules and regulations to regulate executive, product quality improved significantly.
