Research On Of 6S Site Management Improvemented In SYMG China-czechoslovakia Vertical Production Workshop

To promote 6S site management at production shops of Shenyang Machine ToolGroup'sVertical Machining Center,create a comfortable and safe working environment for employees,enhance corporate image and improve the performance of employees,a set of site management optimization solutions were developed based on concepts and methodology such as 6S site management fixed location management and visual management.First of all,to investigation the presentsituation of management and workshop,then summarized the production problems and in-depth analysis of reasons and the feasibility of the6S management system.Secondly,through the analysis of the plane arrangement of the production workshop,the business process management,personnel,equipment and so on,set up assembly workshop 6S management system refactoring.The theoretical system contained the process of control,the concrete evaluation index and feedback to improve the system.At the same time,to continue improved 6S management system for the specific problem.For the problems and the reasons,formulate reasonable 6S improvement plan and targets,then from the 6S fully implementing.In the process,always in process control,evaluation and feedback to improve the system as guidance,guarantee the implementation of results,until the target is true.Finally,by implementing the 6Smanagement system,certain achievements have been made in the workshop site management,basically reached the expected purpose.Not only workshop site environment more standardization,quality of staff has been improved,and waste reduction,the efficiency and profit of production line has been improved.
