Biological pharmaceutical has the characteristics of high technical content and capital investment as emerging of the leading industry. Because of these features, it needs that biological pharmaceutical enterprise have the active in international cooperation to improve the technical level and the innovation ability, save money and shorten the development cycle. As result of the international cooperation mode at home and abroad, this article established the biological pharmaceutical industry international cooperation mode of JiLin and provided the theory basis for the options of biological pharmaceutical industry international cooperation pattern.Firstly,this article puts forward theories of international cooperation,cooperation mode and related nouns.Secondly,it makes a comparative analysis about aspects of cooperation object, content, method, way of biological pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad and international cooperation mode.And it provide the reality basis for the options of biological pharmaceutical industry international cooperation pattern. Thirdly, this article choosed the20provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government biological pharmaceutical enterprise as the research object, analysed all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of gross industrial output, enterprise unit number, total assets, product sales income and16index in using the factor analysis method, compared various areas biological pharmacy industrial development trend and researched restriction biological pharmaceutical industry development of JiLin province of factors.At last, to TongHua East Treasure Pharmaceutical for typical cases, this article puts forward some Suggestions to biological pharmaceutical industry in jilin province international cooperation pattern choice.
