International Cooperation Status And Cooperation Pattern Of Guangdong TCM Enterprises

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the treasure of the Chinese civilization. These years, under the strategy of "go to the world" , the TCM companies of our country cooperate with international patterns actively. However, the cooperation is at a low lever, it is necessary for the TCM companies to cooperate more effectively. In this case, the thesis studied the different types of cooperation of Guangdong TCM companies, and set up a best pattern of cooperation, and the TCM companies can learn from it.Firstly, the thesis defined the concepts of international cooperation, and studied the environment, current situation and the problem of the cooperation; Secondly, the thesis concludes nine types of cooperation; Through AHP, the thesis compares the nine types of cooperation, and selected four types of important cooperation, they are technology cooperation with European and American countries, marketing cooperation with Asia-Pacific countries, marketing cooperation with European and American countries, manufacture cooperation with European and American countries. According to the different importance and the different order of the four types of cooperation, the thesis put forward the best Patton of the cooperation, that is, "three-step" strategy: first, cooperate with European and American countries in manufacture field, then focus on the technology cooperation with European and American countries, on the basis of the former two cooperation, cooperate with Asia-Pacific countries, European and American countries to open up the market.At the end of the thesis, some suggestions are given to TCM companies in Guangdong Province on the international cooperation.
