The Influence Factors Of Shaanxi Energy Enterprises Environmental Behavior Research

Enterprises are the main driving force of economic development, their production activitise can promote human welfare, but also have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. To study the influencing factors of corporate environmental behavior can help us understand the status of corporate environmental behavior and develop targeted policies or measures to improve corporate environmental behavior. Guide enterprises to recognize the active environmental responsibility is in line with their long-term interests, to promote actively the implementation of environmental friendly behavior to enable enterprises to eventually become the main body of the protection of the environment.On the basis of previous researches, this article attemp to study the factors that influence the environmental behaviors of Energy companies in Shanxi province. We proposed a hypothesis that external system pressure, internal resource constraints, and acting results together to influence corporate environmental behavior. The article defines the connotation of corporate environmental behavior, combined with the<evaluation of the technical guide of corporate environmental behavior> to make the evaluation and quantitative methods of corporate environmental behavior. Setted eight external system pressure indicators, such as national regulations and standards, local environmental requirements and community environmental pressures.6internal constrains include company property, firm size, employee environmental behavior and so on.Corporate information disclosure, impacts on the enterprise itself, corporate irregularities punishment of four acting results indicators. Finally we build a corporate environmental bevior influencing factors model, laiding a solid foundation for the empirical test.We carry out an empirical test on the model with the data obtained through the questionaire survey of639managers and employees of33enterprises.The correlation analysis conclude that the national regulations and standards, local environmental requirement, green preferences of consumers, firm size, company property, employee environmental behavior of these factors have a positive correalation with corporate environmental behavior. The results of multiple regression company property, firm size, employee environmental behavior have a linear relationship with corporate environmental behavior. Against the empirical test results, we put forward policy recommendations to improve corporate environmental behavior, the suggestions including establish Shaanxi energy company environmental behavior information platform, improve public participation and information feedback mechanism, increase the enforcement of environmental regulations, strengthen environmental technology innovation, expand diversified financing channels for enterprises, strengthen the education of environmental knowledge, increase environmental propaganda.
