| Environmental problems are increasingly outstanding, and the enterprises to perform environmental behavior are becoming more and more popular. The study of environmental behavior of enterprises are increasing, its research objects are focus on manufacturing or polluting industry, study of hotels or other service enterprises are less, empirical research in domestic are even less. Study on hotel environmental behavior in domestic mainly focused on the influence factors, and the empirical research on the relationship between environmental behavior and corporate performance are few. This paper mainly study the environmental behavior of hotel enterprises, by involves influence factors, environmental behavior, corporate performance into one frame model, with the method of questionnaire survey, research the relationship of the three. In this paper, we focus on the study of the hotel’s environmental behavior impact on corporate performance.The concrete research contents are as follows.(1) Through literature review, analysis of corporate environmental behavior and hotel corporate environmental behavior at home and abroad, put forward the research framework of hotel corporate environmental behavior.(2) Combing related theories of corporate environmental behavior, to provide theoretical support for the following research. Institutional theory is often used in the study of the influence factors of corporate environmental behavior; the resource-based view(RBV) is used to explain the relationship between corporate environmental behavior and the corporate performance.(3) A questionnaire survey was conducted, taking hotel managements as the research objects, and the date form 192 valid questionnaires were processed and analyzed. Then study on the relationship between influence factors and hotel environmental behavior, hotel environmental behavior and corporate performance were carried out. In addition, study were continued to find the effects of different enterprise ownership, operation time and the star level of hotels on hotel environmental behavior, and on relationship between environmental behavior and corporate performance.The main conclusions of the dissertation are as follows.(1) The hotel’s environmental behavior not only divided into two aspects of management and measures, but also exist the external environmental image behavior.(2) Date analysis show that there were no significant differences in the environmental behavior of different enterprise ownership and operation time of hotels, the environmental behavior perform of five-star hotel is generally better than any other star level or no-star hotels.(3) The influence factors of hotel environmental behavior can be divided into regulating factors and incentive factors, the influence of different factors on hotel environmental behavior is not the same. In hotel companies, the relevance of the incentive factors and environmental behavior is higher.(4) The effects of different dimensions of hotel environmental behavior on enterprises performance’s different dimensions are different, but mainly have significant positive impact. In summary, effects of hotel environmental behavior on human performance and market performance are relatively higher than on financial performance. And the hotel management environmental behavior has affected all three dimensions of corporate performance. |
