The Analyze Of China Industry Carbon Dioxide Emissions Influential Factors During2004to2010

As a new type of green economic model, low carbon economy has got more extensive application in the world of nations. It emphasizes that less greenhouse gas emissions a greater economic output. As a big development country in greenhouse gas emissions, China faced with certain restricting factors during to a low carbon economy in the process of transforming. How to find these factors and find out a low carbon economy development path is a very important significance in theory and practice.Through the existing research found that industry is China’s major carbon dioxide (CO2) emitters. Chemical and industrial CO2emissions situation directly related to the whole industry CO2emissions. This article chooses industrial branch line of business as the research object. First we estimated the China’s industrial branch line of CO2emissions; second we use the CO2emissions data to describe the industrial chemical characteristics; again, this paper will be divided into three kinds of chemical industry and use LMDI factor decomposition model to decompose the three kinds of CO2emissions industry. Last but not least, According to the conclusion of this paper, we put forward relevant policy Suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:First, black metal smelting and rolling processing industry is a big family of CO2emitters. Of the top10CO2emissions in the industry, there are eight industries is heavy industry. Second, without exception, economic scale increased the various sectors of CO2emissions, especially the first kind of industry. Third, industrial sectors of industry structure change on industrial CO2emissions less influence, but on each individual industry CO2emissions influence is very obvious. Fourth, the strength industries impact energy consumption of CO2emissions is not uniform. But overall energy intensity decreased is currently the main factors to reduce CO2emissions. Fifth, the energy structure change on smaller on CO2emissions, but has been to reduce CO2emissions. The greater the absolute value of the industry CO2emissions, its energy structure of change will reduce larger CO? emissions. CO2emissions from smaller energy structure change on the energy CO2emissions from a little effect, and even can be neglected.
