The Research About The Relationship Between The Industrial Carbon Dioxide Emission And The Industrial Restructuring Of China

Under the background of global financial crisis and climate crisis, China has become the largest emitter of carbon dioxide, and how to deal with the crisis and reduce carbon emissions is the hot issue for international countries. Industry as the major industry of economy development and CO2emission in our country, the measures of reducing CO2emission are also the international and national hot issues. In order to control and reduce CO2emissions effectively and realize the emission reduction target, this paper chooses37sub-industries from2000to2010year and construct a panel data model.The analysis results of economy development and CO2emission situation show that:the industrial energy intensity and CO2emission grows up gradually as the rapid economy development, but carbon emissions intensity has a down trend, which reveals that China still face a great emission reduction pressure in the rapid progress of economic development. The theoretical analysis shows that there exists different positive relationship between four factors (the industry economic growth, industry structure, energy structure, energy intensity) and industry CO2emissions. The result of LMDI decomposition indicates that:there is a different influential degree in the different period of four factors to reduce CO2emission, and the largest positive driving factor is industrial output. The panel model results show that there is significant positive relationship between CO2emissions and four factors (industry economic growth, industry structure, energy structure, energy intensity), and the gross output has the biggest influence coefficient of four.Based on the empirical results, the dissertation puts forward some corresponding policy proposals:the exploitation of new energy、the optimization of energy structure, the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. Both of them are the effective measures of energy conservation and CO2emission reduction. At the same time, according to the different situation of different industries, the government should make relevant laws and regulations, and establish industry cooperation mechanism in our country.
