The Study On The Optimization And Upgrading Of Xiangtan Industrial Layout

Industrial distribution is a socio-economic phenomenon, is a geographical reflection which the human use of industrial space spread regularities and engages in social production and economic activities based on regional economic development. It is a global and long-term strategic plan of national economy construction involving multi-levels, various industries and many effected factors. Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Xiangtan City has entered a bottleneck period with slow development and serious problems of industrial distribution. Therefore, it is extremely important and urgent to speed up the effective concentration and diffusion of economic factors such as capital, labor, technology and information, promote the reasonable exploitation and utilization of resources, advance the change of economic growth pattern, gradually improve the structure of the dual economy, relieve the contradiction of the population, resources and environment, take a new road to industrialization, and promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. In this study case, based on the analysis of regional economic development and theory of industrial distribution, the background and current situation of Xiangtan industry distribution, and the regular pattern of regional economy and industrial, this research elaborated the current situation of Xiangtan City, systematically analyzed the general teams of industrial distribution in Xiangtan, presented the framework of Xiangtan industrial distribution, and finally put forward solutions to Xiangtan industrial distribution.This dissertation is included five chapters. The first chapter summarized previous research on regional industrial distribution and proposed the main content, the basic ideas and research methods. The second chapter analyzed the main theories of industrial distribution. Chapter Ⅲ took research on the status quo of Xiangtan industrial distribution, made analysis from two levels of qualitative and quantitative methods, and found problems of the development of Xiangtan industrial distribution. The fourth chapter mainly talked about the framework of Xiangtan industrial distribution in order to put forward the optimization model of the industry in space from the macro level. The last chapter mainly proposed solutions of optimizing the industrial distribution in Xiangtan from the system, the industry itself, and the construction of infrastructure.The significance of this study case is to find the current constraints of Xiangtan industrial distribution, and attempt to resolve the real causes leading to those defects and deficiencies. In this case tried to find recommendations and proposals of optimizing and transforming the current situation of Xiangtan industrial distribution and provided some insights for the economic development and planning of Xiangtan City, in order to make Xiangtan industrial distribution to be more scientific and more rational, to push Xiangtan industrial development more rapidly, and thereby drive the development of macroeconomics in Xiangtan.
