Liaoning province is the key area for the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the old northeast industrial base.In the era of rapid economic development, the regional economic development of Liaoning province faces many problems and challenges, that include that the differences in economic development in differencet region, regional distribution and industrial development is not balanced, high proportion of the second industry, resource dependence is larger, the potential lack of power industry development, economic development is not balanced in differencet regions, the economy associated with the radiation effect between regions is not strong. With the development of market economy and the implementation of national policies, the frequent economic activities between regions will inevitably deepen the divergence and agglomeration effects of regional industries, and then form the spatial association effects of industries. In this paper, the social network analysis method is adopted to build the gravity model and then to establish the spatial relation of the three industries:(1)After 2014,in terms of economic growth, the economic growth rate of Liaoning province is greatly reduced,or even negative growth phenomenon occurs; The three industry in Liaoning province showed a gradual increase, the proportion of the primary industry is rising, the second industry and the third industry proportion decreased, while the proportion of the third industry has exceeded second industry; In the distribution of regions, the economic development of Liaoning province presents huge regional differences. The GDP of Shenyang and Dalian accounts for more than half of the province, while the proportion of Fuxin and Chaoyang in the province is less than 5%;Before2009,the regional industrial structure rationalization index fluctuated greatly. After 2009,the regional industrial structure gradually stabilized and became more and more rationalized.(2)in the respect of network density,Liaoning’s first and third industry network density increased over time, the relationship between regions increasingly close, while the second industry network density decreases with time,in the betweenness centralization,Liaoning‘s two and three industry center and the betweenness centralization decreased, the first industry increased slightly.(3)On the analysis of centrality, the distribution tendency of the three industry centrality is more consistent,The areas with higher centrality are mainly located in Shenyang,Anshan and other places with better geographical location or better economic conditions.(4)from the block model:Liaoning’s three industry association in space is gradually close, three industrial distribution and contact subgroup has significant regional similarities, and gradually formed a Shenyang as the center of the "net overflow plate",with Dalian as the center of the "net benefit plate" taking Jinzhou as the center of the "two-way overflow plate" and in Chaoyang and Panjin composed "broker plate",the three industry shows diffuse outward from the central area of the trend,In space showing the trend of "agglomeration" and "diffusion".To promote the rational distribution of regional industry and balance the development of regional economyin Liaoning Province,it must go to the following points: first,to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, promote economic development, secondly, the establishment of regional advantage industry, narrow the development gap between regions;thirdly, the optimization of regional industrial layout, and promote the coordinated development of the industry, finally, perfect the traffic network construction, strengthen the spatial association between industries.
