Since the reform and opening policy, the flow of labour force has been normal phenomenon, the central city with advanced economy is more likely to be the first option, long time accumulation of this kind of flow way results in imbalanced spatial distribution of labour force. This kind of spatial distribution pattern poses the burden on environment and public facilities of large cities. On the background of economic globalization and the development of regional economic integration,Beijing-Tianjin-HeBei(BTH)region,the vital role of national economic development and the important of global competition and cooperation. It has irreplaceable strategic position and guiding effect on the process of china economic transformation. The cooperative development in BTH region is naturally the way of releasing the pressure of large cities from the long term. The means of industrial transfer and polulation migration the pressure of large cities are relieved, which promote the balanced development of region. The focus of this dissertation is under the circumstance of cooperative development of BTH how industrial structure affects on the spatial distribution of work force. The analysis content of this dissertation includes eight chapters.Chapters 1,Introduction.To introduce the research background, aim, meaning, train of thought, methodology and dissertation structure.Chapter 2,Demarcation,definition and literature analysis,to analyze the content of industrial structure and conception of spatial distribution of labour force, review and sort the theory of industrial structure, population distribution, labour force migration, summarize the current studies and results.Chapter 3,Peculiarities and changes of labour force spatial distribution in BTH region.By exploiting census data in 1982-2010,to analyze the evolution of labour force spatial distribution in BTH region.Summing up peculiarities and changes of labour force spatial distribution in BTH region and analyzing reasons on forming this kind of labour force spatial distribution.Chapter 4,The status of industrial structure in BTH region and its effect on labour force. To describe the general situation of industrial structure, analyze three leveled industries and its internal spatial framework.By the comparison of development level of industrial structure, analyze the change situation of industrial structure in BTH region. On the basis of status statement, paper analyzes changes about industrial structure with the crowding out effect on labour force,it is also the push-pull effort of changes about industrial structure to labour force migration in space.Chapter 5,To construct the theoretical model about the industrial structure effect on labour force spatial distribution.Theoretically illustrating changes about industrial structure push regional economic increasement, the imbalanced regional development trigs the labour force migration, then changes of labour force spatial distribution accordingly. As below process descript, changes about industrial structure promotes the regional economic increasement, the imbalanced increasing way brings the wage gap,the labour force will move to high wage area from low one,so the labour force spatial distribution is modified. At the same time, explaining the specific process about changes about industrial structure effect the labour force spatial distribution.Chapter 6,Positivism of changes about industrial structure effect on labour force spatial distribution. To adjust C-D production function, set up the model 1 about industrial development effect on labour force spatial distribution,on the basis of analyzing industrial upgrade effect on labour force distribution,to construct the model 2 of industrial upgrade effect on labour force distribution,lead-in industrial spatial structure effect on labour force distribution, building the model 3 including industrial development, upgrading and spatial structure effect on labour force distribution.Chapter 7,policy suggestion about changes of industrial structure effect labour force spatial distribution.Raising up the suggestion separately from industry and labour force market to boost reasonable labour force spatial distribution with adjusting the industrial structure.Chapter 8,conclusion.Summing up conclusion and results, evaluating the limitation and future research of this paper.1.The research conclusion of this paper issummarized as below,The regional distribution of labour force is related to geographic space, changes of industrial structure directly effect on regional distribution. On the geographic point,BTH region labour force density shows " North sparse South dense",industrial imbalance is the main reason of labour force imbalanced spatial distribution.2.On the point of analysis about employment elasticity, the first industry has not pulled in labour force, the second and third industry still work.On the point of deviation of industrial structure,Beijing and TianJin the labour force in first industry is decreased,HeBei is also in the same trend but extent is less.Beijing the labour force in second industry is decreased, but Tianjin and Hebei shows opposite result,BTH region still has large space to pull in labour force in third industry.3.By involving industrial development, structure upgrading and spatial structure as three indicators, separately set up three models about industrial structure effect on labour force distribution. The conclusion, output has no significant effect on labour force distribution, capital input effect on it significantly, industry upgrading will raise the increasement of labour force density,it has highly effect on labour force density and led its increasement, the industrial upgrading section has large effect on labour force density, the increasement of the third industrial location quotient leads the increasement of labour force density.
