With rapid growth of IT industry,and supported by the central governments,the softwareindustry of China develops rapidly.Nevertheless,it still stands at an elementary stage ofgrowth,there are difficulties and obstacles existing on its way of development,and the expertsand scholars on software engineering and management found that the human resourcemanagement is an important element to affect the performance of software enterprises,besides the"developing technology"and"process".The aim of this paper is to research therelationship between the level of human resource management and performance of softwareenterprises in Xi’an,and then provide some advices for improving the level of softwareenterprises’ performance with the perspective of human resource management.The article firstly determines the human resource management evaluation of softwareenterprises based on the P-CMM system and the weight of each index based on AHP tobuild the human resource management evaluation system of software enterprises in Xi’an,andthen analyzes the status of software enterprises in Xi’an and find out the key factors affectingthe enterprise performance based on PCA.Finally,providing some advices for improving thelevel of software enterprises’ performance with the perspective of human resourcemanagement.This research is helpful for software enterprises to evaluate theirhuman resource management and performance objectively and correctly,and have a deeperunderstanding for human resource management activities in order to continuously improvethe enterprise human resources management,thus improving business performance.Theconclusions of this paper include:There’s a positive correlation existing between the level ofhuman resource management and business performance of software enterprises inXi’an.Besides,"Performance Management"、"Salary System"、"Recruitment"、"AbilityCultivation"and"Teamwork Culture" of human resource management have an impact onbusiness performance respectively.Especially,"Salary System" is the most important factor.The paper is organized as follows:Chapter1IntroductionChapter2The Rvaluation Methods of Human Resource Management and Enterprise PerformanceChapter3Human Resource Management Status and Assessment of Software Enterprisein Xi’anChapter4Enterprise Performance Status and Assessment of Software Enterprise inXi’anChapter5Analysis of the Relationship between Human Resource Management andEnterprise Performance of Software Enterprise in Xi’anChapter6Proposals of Improving the Performance of the Software Enterprises in Xi’an...
