Listed enterprise high-level human capital biographical feature and enterpriseperformance is concern. Domestic listed companies of human capital of biographicalfeature high level research is less, the relationship between them is no clearelaboration. This paper mainly is by adding the value of human capital, which studythe concept of human capital listed enterprise high-level biographical feature andenterprise performance relationship, In order to find the listed enterprise high-levelhuman capital of enterprise performance of their own quality in a Chinese-typesocialist market system and the influence of human capital for a listed enterprisehigh-level team construction and the future development of the enterprise comments.Based on human capital theory, top management team, the value of humancapital which formed in this paper. First of all, in the related theory route, on the basisof related concept definition of listed companies, a high-level human capital withenterprise performance model biographical feature. In Shanghai card is listed30companies5years (2003-2007) data as sample, the2008financial crisis briefexplanation. With China’s characteristicof the socialist market system of empirical results situation, There is the specificinterpretation and analysis, and prospects of research topic.In this paper, the empirical result is the human capital listed enterprise high-levelgroup member’s tenure and heterogeneity and enterprise total assets yield correlative.Education level and enterprise by the total assets yield relationship is not too clearly,but its heterogeneity and enterprise total return on assets are related by the educationlevel, and the heterogeneity of the total assets of enterprises is the role of continuedreturn; Enterprise high-level group member of human capital the amount and enterprise total assets yield correlative. The average age of members with enterprisegrowth negative correlation, age heterogeneity and enterprise total asset yield positivecorrelation. For the above results, there is to do a detailed analysis. In the end thepaper points out, which China’s listed enterprise high-level human capital needsfurther get attention, in order to improve enterprise performance, human capital in thehigh-level biographical characteristics must cause the attention of people, accordingto the relevant theoretical and empirical results, put forward to establish efficienthigh-level human capital’s relative suggestions.
