Study On The Development Strategy Of Yunnan Rural Credit Cooperative

Rural credit cooperatives has played an important role in the "Three dimensional rural" and new socialist rural construction, local economic and social development, which is a major component rural finance. Therefore, the rural credit cooperatives reform and development related to the overall economic development in rural areas, and explore the rural credit cooperatives, the development of strategic significance. Yunnan rural credit cooperatives in China to set up one of the earlier financial institutions experienced six years of development, has developed into a scale of Yunnan Province, the first deposit and loan Yunnan financial giant. The provincial association development achievements since the founding of the whole Chinese rural credit cooperatives on the road of reform and development continue to explore, a true portrayal of bold and innovative, has some representation. Although Yunnan rural credit cooperatives has made impressive achievements, but with the rural financial market competition intensifies, the status of the need for a profound analysis of enterprise, to rebuild competitiveness, the development of a new development strategy.In this paper, the literature analysis, research methods, statistical analysis and case analysis was used, in the interpretation of strategic management theory based on a detailed analysis of the development status and the problems of Yunnan rural credit cooperatives, the use of the PEST, SWOT and Strategic Analysis tools to analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise, has made a strategic choice to develop a five-year development strategic objectives, safeguards implementation of the strategy of Yunnan rural credit cooperatives. Through research, this paper aims to provide reference for strategy of Yunnan rural credit cooperatives, and provide a reference for development financial institutions operating the same industry.
