With the continuous enrichment of credit card products,the continuous improvement of the accepting environment and the gradual expansion of application fields,credit card has become the most common and convenient consumer credit and payment settlement tool for the majority of people.However,the development of the credit card business is also showing a group of cardholder unbalanced characteristics,namely the working-class city become a key target for banks to issue credit cards in the rural areas,and farmers,rural towns,urban residents and other groups,because it is difficult to meet the existing credit card credit rating and credit standards,it is difficult to achieve commercial bank acceptance the credit card,the credit card consumer demand for long-term financial suppression.The so-called "three rural" refers to the credit card,specifically for rural farmers and rural individual businesses as well as agriculture Small and micro businesses main customer groups such as credit card,the customer can not only meet the rural micro credit consumer demand,and to meet the basic needs of production and operation of rural customers.Compared with the ordinary credit card,credit card can be regarded as the "three rural" credit card market segmentation performance.From a national perspective,compared to the fierce competition in the urban market,the issue of development in the "three rural" market of the credit card business,especially in the small number of card issuers in small scale,single business and so on,has been unable to adapt to the "three rural" market demand for consumer credit.From the Yunnan Province,the "three rural" credit card business is still in its infancy,and the contradiction between the supply and demand of credit card is prominent.Therefore,it is becoming a very urgent and important task to study the management and development of credit cards in the "three rural" market.Based on a lot of literature,comprehensive use of literature reading method,qualitative analysis,comparative analysis and investigation method,through the analysis of the "three rural" development of credit card,and rural credit cooperatives in Yunnan province the development of "three rural" credit card facing internal and external business environment,explore the development of ideas and rural credit card policy suggestions.
