Analysis About Relation Between The Scientific And Technical Quality Of Farmers And Transfer Of Labor Force

It is the state that a large population with relatively little land, and the transfer of surplus agricultural labor is the way to raise quality of agricultural production and to increase the income of farmers. It is the puzzle to raise agricultural production that how to transfer in a good way. To research the factors of transfer of labor force is a lesson to draw up policy and rules, which is the scientific and technical quality of farmers. So it is important to analyze the factors of transfer of labor force.This paper analyzes the factors of transfer of labor force to choose a case about the Village named Lu, which is based on theories of transfer of labor force. The survey research includes questionnaire, interview and reading library collection. This paper covers four parts.The first part is the general situation of object of study, which introduces the facts of Lu Village, and analyzes causes of transfer of labor force.The second part is that "education acts on transfer of labor force", which starts with farmers who are subject of transfer of labor force, based on contrast mode of production of farmers of in different age, to clarify that different mode of production is related to different education background. Besides, based on analysis about difference between floating population and farmers in rural, it analyzes characteristics of floating population, and expounds the function of education to the floating population.The third part is that "technology acts on transfer of labor force", whose point of penetration is the types of trades, based on the survey date about types of trades the people engaged in, to analyzes distribution of labor good at skill, in order to make clear that technology acts on transfer of labor force; based on contrast the ratio of workers who are good at skill between these in rural and in urban area, in order to make clear that technology acts on transfer of labor force.The last part is that "experience and suggestion of transfer of labor force in village named Lu", which analyzes the experience and of transfer of labor force in village named Lu and puts forward rationalization proposals.
