Theory studies have already proved that increasing the education investment in rural areas can promote human capital of rural labor. The improvement of human capital can strengthen persons choice abilities effectively and promote the rural labor migration. However, with the releasing strategy to construct the Hainan International Tour Island, the great environments of the village education in Hainan and the problem of the village surplus labor force transfer in Hainan all take place deep variety. Investigator tries to deepen the cognition of relationship between education investment in rural and the rural labor migration through making a study on effect which the education investment makes to migration. According to the actual conditions in Hainan, we put forward system arrangements on consummating the structure of education investment in Hainan province.The paper falls into five parts:The first part briefly describes the topic-choosing significance, the research overview, the researching method, the main content and the innovations.The second part analyzes the education investment and rural labor migration. On the foundation of giving definition to rural labor and education investment, we mainly analyze the effect that the education makes on the migration. And also, it structures a theoretical frame for this paper.The third part is causality analysis and structural analysis on the relation between education investment and rural labor migration.The fourth part analyzes the effect factors of rural labor migration in Hainan. First we do a theory analysis and then use econometric model to analyze the influenced factors.The fifth part draws conclusion and arranges suggestion, to summarize the research conclusion in brief and put forward the suggestion for promoting the migration.
