As one of the world’s three major eco-systems, wetlands is well-known becauseit contains a rich and beautiful natural scenery, it becomes a large new field in tourismdevelopment,and sets off a global tourism boom of the wetlands. At present,relyingon "ten thousand acres of Songjiang wetlandss, hundreds miles of ecologicalcorridor",the Harbin municipal committee and the city government regard vigorouslydeveloping wetlands tourism resources of the Songhua River in Harbin as a new brightspot of Harbin tourism development.Harbin Songjiang original ecological wetlands is the country’s largest urbanwetlands resources and locationally the most important urban ecological corridor indomestic metropolis. Because of its convenience of sea, land and air transportation,perfect basic services and facilities, and because of the5A national tourist attractionTaiyangdao’s role in promoting the tourist market desirability of the Songhua Riverwetlandss to develop an integrated tourism activities within the Songhua Riverwetlandss, the comprehensive advantages are clear and it has a distinct regional andpersonalization features.Based on the wetlands eco-tourism theory system guidance, adopting literaturedata method, comparative analysis method and the SWOT analysis method and othermethods, through the survey and evaluation of Harbin Songjiang wetlands tourismresources, it analyzes and demonstrates(SWOT) the feasibility conditions of theHarbin wetlands tourism development. It analyzes the present situation and the existingproblems of Harbin wetlands tourism development, fully mines the charm andpotential advantages of Harbin wetlands tourism resources and the superior resources inwetlands tourism development,mines the cultural value and the cultural connotation ofwetlands tourism; drawing lessons from the successful mode of Wetlands tourismdevelopment at home and abroad and relying on the location advantage of Harbinmetropolis, summer climate advantage, the city’s cultural superiority, and touristadvantage and original ecological wetlands resources advantage, implement thewetlands tourism product development idea of "a thread, four combination"; developthe wetlands in a moderate, rational and scientific way and form a ecological tourism product system with a specific characteristics and clear theme;build the wetlandstourism development modes of the trinity of government, enterprises, community,and explore the strategy of Harbin Songjiang wetlands ecological tourism development,offer suggestions for its sustainable development. Also provide some feasiblesuggestions for the diversified development of other domestic and foreign urbanwetlands ecological tourism.Through the protective development of Harbin Songjiang original ecologicalwetlands, This paper enriches the theory of wetlands ecotourism, expands thedevelopment space of wetlands tourism, is a kind of exploratory try to the city’soriginal ecological wetlands resources protection and use. Explore a scientific,coordinate and sustainable development road combined with metropolis and the urbanecology in theory, trying to change the urban ecology into ecological city throughthe development of ecological wetlands tourism in metropolis.Build green ecologicalindustry system and environmental landscape industry chain in line with thecharacteristics of the region based on the Songhua river wetlands tourism development,promote industrial structure adjustment, drive the local economic development, havea greater significance in getting better social and ecological environment benefits basedon better ecological environment and ecological benefits and realizing the transition ofurban economy and social development to ecological civilization direction.
