Then, it mainly introduces the related theory knowledge of logistics、 logistics enterprise, and it introduces the related knowledge of logistics enterprise; at the same time, it introduces the transportations in detail, and compares their technical economic characteristics; in addition, it introduces and analysis several evaluation methods. At the time of it establishes evaluation index system of choosing transportations. Then, it introduces the sort of goods which the logistics enterprises carries the goods, and classifies the goods according to the different standards, and describe the factors of influence the transport choice in detail. According to the above analysis, so as to determine the Multionmal Logit model to research the ways of transport choice, put forward the concept of utility theory and utility theory into the choice of the ways of transportation, the model was applied to calculate the mode of transportation in the selected probability values, the mode of transportation of the utility values a comparative analysis, and then, according to the front of the evaluation model, introduces how to choose the transport way of logistics enterprises. At the basis of researching, it points out the shortcomings and the insufficiency through reviewing the work of the study, puts forward a little hope for future research work at the same time.
