Research On Transportation Logistics Enterprise Credit Evaluation System

With the rapidly economic development, people’s living level gradually improved, under background of the increasing prosperity of the commodity economy and the Network technology constantly updated, the rapid development of electronic commerce makes it realizable to construct an integrated logistics system. As a sunrise industry, logistics has achieved rapid development, and occupied an important position in china’s national economic development. But there are still many defects in the process of its development. These defects will be the short board of its further development, and the lack credibility maybe one of the short board. Transportation as an important part of the logistics process, the degree of its integrity will have a significant impact for the entire logistics process.This paper analyzed the transportation logistics enterprise credit system in such three logic levels. In this paper, it based on the theoretical research of the enterprise credit evaluation as a guide, and transportation logistics enterprise credit evaluation system as the research object. According to the domestic and international laws and regulations, industry accepted standards and other related standards, this paper established targeted analysis and research of credit evaluation system for China’s transportation logistics enterprise, then put forward the integrity early warning system and safeguard mechanism to give the level of corporate integrity monitoring and maintenance.This paper established its opinions from several aspects:Firstly, this paper summarize the related literature of domestic and international, understand the issue related of status quo from the evaluation index system and evaluation model. Secondly, it expressed the status quo of China’s transportation logistics market, and analyzed the reasons of dishonesty based on corporate, government, industry associations, and public. Thirdly, it started from the root of the problem to affect the level of corporate integrity, decomposed the reason that affect the level of corporate integrity into enterprise service capabilities, financial condition and business credit record three key factors through factor decomposition method. Then, it extracted the factors that affect the transportation logistics enterprise the level of integrity layer and layer based on key factors, and constructed the evaluation index system. Fourthly, put forward an idea that the evaluation index weights should be determined by different angles, then it used analytic network process (ANP) to cite the representative factors as the user of the logistics service, managers and investors for example. Finally, on how to monitor and enhance our transportation logistics enterprises the level of integrity, this paper try to put forward an integrity of the early warning system and safeguard mechanism.
