Transportation is one of the important functions of logistics, which can realize the goods in time and space. Transportation and logistics has played a significant role in the development of national economy, and it is the foundation of national economic development. Therefore, the level of development of logistics industry has relation to social economy and the healthy development of society.Risk is objective existence. Due to the history, lease pressure, contracted and the affiliated business appeared. Because of the market envoirenment and enterpise management, assets risk existed in the enterprise. These assets risk brings great loss, especially in the affiliated business. What is worse, it can cause logistics enterprise bankruptcy. Articles study from the aspect of logistics enterprise assets is not so many and the study is not mature. Therefore to evaluat the risk of logistics enterprise assets and gain the risk level of logistics enterprise assets, has a very important significance in theory and practice.The paper mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, mainly discusses the background, object, purpose and significance of the paper, summarizes and reviews the domestic and foreign research research status and trend of research.Secondly, analyzes the particularity of logistics enterprise assets from logistics enterprises producing characteristics, and puts forward the logistics enterprise asset classification. Then it analyzes logistics enterprise assets risk factors in detail, emphatically the accident vehicle drivers.Thirdly, analyzes four different vehicle operations of logistics enterprise, its: enterprise leasing management, business contracted and affiliated business. Due to the various management modes, the ownership of the assets various, so various of risk assets. Then risk undertake of the different business models is studied from the contract law, the property law, civil law and the road traffic safety law ,it is the main content of this paper. The fourth chapter logistics enterprise assets risk modelis the main content of this paper. Risk evaluation models in different business are established. Using fault tree analysis to calculat the rate of risk factors. Introducing the Markov chains with absorbing states and establish the corresponding model to analyze the risk of Accounts receivable of logistics and transport companies,then get corporate accounts receivable and bad debt rate.The fifth chapter is the application of assets risk assessment model for enterprises, and puts forward the risk control measures to reduce the risk of enterprise assets loss.
