Heavy-duty gas turbine technology has been introduced and promoted by several major power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises in recent years. The application of gas turbine power generation is also a new thing for power enterprises. In the context of bidding system needs to be improved and perfected, there are more potential risks and uncertainties in gas turbine power generation project bidding. It has theoretical and practical significance for DF, which is one of the gas turbine technology licensees to research gas turbine power generation project bidding risk and relevant response measures.This article starts with the basic theory of project risk management and analyzes the related knowledge about project risk identification, risk assessment and risk response; Secondly, the bidding process of gas turbine power generation project is elaborated. Combined with the characteristics of various stages of bidding, risk identification is deeply analyzed and a gas turbine power generation project bidding risk evaluation index system is established; Again, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to determine the risk indicators weight of gas turbine power generation project bidding and determine the risk of project bid combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; Finally, Tianjin CT gas turbine power generation project bidding risk analysis is researched. As a result, it leads to success of the project bidding. It is verified that a project bidding risk management has its effectiveness and importance otherwise.
