The Research In Right Transfer Model With Bao Feng Lake Scenic Area

With the development of tourism, tourism has become a new economic growth point of the current economic. Due to limitation of local financial resources, many parts of the tourism area have embarked on the ranks to transfer the management rights for the effective development of the area, and it becomes a national trend of the tourism.The transfer of management rights is an innovation model to participate in the entrepreneurial in the management and operation of current scenic spots. However, in the process of transfer the management rights, transfer patterns are varied; some succeed and some fail, and the outcome of transfer is complex.Therefore, the research of the transfer rights mode is imminent. The research will provide scientific rationale and guidance a new path when the local governments choose a property model. Otherwise, it will achieve the innovation of the transfer model and the sound development of scenic spots.In this paper, we took the Baofeng Lake area as an example. We proposed a further detailed study of the transfer model, specific analysis of the transfer of management rights in Baofeng Lake area and its effective results. We also summarized inspiration of the successful transfer. It will provide a reference to the similar tourism and a protection of the sustainable development in tourism resources.
