The appearance of the employee involvement management can trace back to the fifties of the 20th century when the sports of quality of work-life rose up. At present, the employee involvement management already becomes the international business administration trend, it is very general abroad, but, it has not got good application among our country, especially in the private enterprises. The employee involvement management can improve the efficiency of organizing, relieve the relation between the labor and the capital, and it is one of the methods with effectual synthesized competitiveness, it can offer the strong intellectual support for the enterprise. The research will advance the employee involvement management and have meaning of using for reference effective to the private enterprises in our country.Firstly, literature surveyThe literature of democratic supervision and participative management began to appear regularly since 1930s (Weisbord, 1987). In participating in leading the research of the method, three scholars with special influence are: Chris Argyris, Douglas McGregor and Rensis Likert. They have all written the work regarding participating in management has influence. Employee involvement management can offer a kind of strong competition advantage for the organization with the characteristic of diversification, democratization, entrepreneur's behavior and respecting personal.The foreign scholars have a large amount of research and literature about employee involvement management. The western scholars roughly have the following understandings of employee involvement management: First, emphasize staffs participation is a kind of political concept or philosophy; Second, mean the course that the staff exert one's influence on the management in the enterprises; Third, emphasize staff's participation is management philosophy and way of an organization. Theoretical foundations of employee involvement management are mainly as follows: Maslow's demand level theory, dual factors theory, interpersonal relationships theory (" social people" supposal), Y theory, stakeholder theory, the special-purpose theory of human resource capital and democratic theory of economy, etc.Employee involvement management has been already very popular abroad, and more general. But in our country, it develops without well application and development. Main forms of employee involvement management in the western countries are as follows: collective bargaining system, employee representative of director and supervisor system, employee stock ownership plans, committee system, employee proposal system and self-management system. In our country, main forms of employee involvement management are the congress of workers and committee of enterprises in the state-owned enterprises; and they are systems of worker's director and supervisor and labor union in the company enterprises.Secondly, the problem and situation of employee involvement management in the private enterprisesThough the private enterprises grow vigorously in our country, but many internal mechanisms of management in the enterprise remain to need further improvement. In the private enterprises, the current situations of employee involvement management mainly display in the following several points: The internal mechanisms of management in the private enterprises remain to need further improvement, there is certain families color management, the right of operation and management of the enterprises is highly centralized, the staff have no corresponding organization or system of involvement management. Employee involvement management has its important value to the private enterprises. It can improve the efficiency of organization, relax the contradiction of labor and capital, and it can promote the synthesized competitiveness of enterprises. Employee involvement management occupies the important status, the administrator needs to combine specialized management with democratic management, improve the intensity of the employee involvement management, stimulate the staffs independence, enthusiasm and creativity effectively, and it offers the strong intellectual support for sustainable development of the enterprise.Thirdly, the basic mode and type of employee involvement management in the private enterprises.Influence factors of employee involvement management mainly are: corporate culture, institutional framework, enterprise's mainly own quality, staff's own quality, the salary systems and incentive systems, developing stage and scale of enterprises, etc. Enterprises must pay attention to factors such as the power, information, knowledge, skill, remuneration and communication, etc. while implementing employee involvement management. On the basis of Lawler's studies, employee involvement management can be divided into the surface involvement, intermediate involvement and deeply involvement. The staff can participate in through communicating involvement, proposal involvement, transposition involvement, group cooperate, representative involvement, capital involvement and self-management involvement in management and administration of enterprise and make policy progressively independently. It is a system project in the business administration, a whole course management, a kind of procedure management, and it is one kind of employee involvement management that staff is awake to participate in management too.Fourthly, the concrete measure that the private enterprises realize employee involvement managementIt is not to fight for power that the staff participate in management, but exercise power with the administrator in accordance with the law each, cooperate, restrict each other, bring out the best in each other, make enterprises develop continuously, thus enterprise main fact and staff can together win-win. Should be in line with the practical attitude in employee involvement management, and fulfill it. Enterprises should mainly change the management idea, establish the organization goal with rational science, construct the positive staffs training system and salary performance system, train the staff's team spirit, pay attention to staff's encouraging, strengthen the communication, implement employee involvement management conscientiously.The private enterprises will make steps, methods and forms that corresponding employee involvement management, while using domestic and international experience of it, according to one's own development characteristic and management current situation. Enterprises can proceed with the staff's right of being in know, through proposing, consulting, supervising altogether, explore forms of employee involvement management which are helpful to one's own development of the private enterprise. For example, strengthen the communication between the superior and the subordinate in enterprises and launch the conductive suggestion, authorize rationally, change the post, strengthen group's cooperation, and through the systems of staff's director and supervisor, employee stock ownership plans, labour and capital consult system and staff committee or labor union system, etc. carry on different levels, different depth of employee involvement management.
