| Highway as a new and efficient transport mode have the characteristics of long construction period, huge investment, complex risk factors etc. In the highway construction phase, the quality control is the core factor of the entire project to determine whether the project can fulfill successfully. Therefore, the effective identification and assessment for quality risk in highway construction period plays a very important role of the goal.In this paper, the quality of risk characteristics from the highway and the quality of risk management status of highway described two aspects of the importance of pre-warning of the quality risk on the highway. In a combination of domestic and international highway project quality control and quality evaluation based on the theory, combined with the characteristics of Sichuan highway projects, the use of expert survey method, on-site interviews and other methods to establish a relatively complete system of building quality risk pre-warning indicators and principal component analysis of more than ten highways in Sichuan Province (Quang Nan, Ya Hu, Li Pan, Ba Nan and other highway) in order to analyze field data, divided the level of risk. Combined BP (Back Propagation) own data processing and risk management advantages of the status to described the BP network used in the feasibility of quality risk management, the use of treated BP network data analysis and training, to build a highway construction quality risk BP network model of pre-warning and detection of the model data to verify the validity of the model. Final adoption of the model applied to the tenders on a highway project risk early warning, the corresponding risk management measures, indicating that the model in the on-site quality of the project risk profile to determine a comprehensive, risk analysis, source identification, and countermeasures have great practical value. This will improve the quality of highway construction in the level of risk management and monitoring. |
