With the upsurge in2007wave of venture capital attraction, the B2C electronic commerce will become nearly two years of IT industry’s most concerned about the topic. In2008the Chinese B2C e-commerce market transaction volume reached177.6Billion yuan, growing51.4%compared to the same period, the signs that hitherto unknown, B2C ushered in the rapid development period, the B2C is expected to become the electronic commerce industry of the new engine. According to the industry and development strategy, SN will use the experience has been gained and group size advantage, achieve3years Chinese home appliances online shopping market to occupy more than20%of the share, become China’s biggest3C appliances website. As the object of SN, with the enterprise strategy based on the theory, combined with online shopping industry environment, the SN online shopping’s development strategy study.This paper discusses the application of data analysis, field investigation and other methods, combined with PEST, Potter’s five-force model theory, the SN macro environment, industry environment are discussed, and then through the commonly used SWOT, QSP matrix analysis method to extract the SN development strategy, in the last part of this article described in detail the implementation of company strategy and effective measures. Firstly, through the PEST, Potter five-force model on SN industry company macroscopical environment and a detailed analysis of the current situation of industry, consumers, the online shopping user characteristics are analyzed and summarized. Then from the SN current situation, business model, management organization structure and talent the respect such as mode of SN shopping to the analysis of the company. Then, using SWOT method of SN online shopping company’s advantage, inferior position, opportunity and menace is analyzed in detail, using the QSP matrix of alternative strategies for quantitative analysis, combining with qualitative analysis the conclusion of alternative strategies for SN over the next few years need to adopt strategies. Finally, around the SN market strategy, carried on from six aspects elaborated the measures.
