In the modern enterprise management, people have paid more and moreattention to Performance Management, and the study for PerformanceManagement become more and more popular. It is found that in a seriesconstitute activities of Performance Management, Performance OfCommunication throughout the Performance Management of the entire process,it is the heart and soul of the Performance Management. The enterprisers ofChina aware that the Performance Of Communication take an important role inthe Performance Management, and more and more enterprisers use PerformanceCommunication in the process of Performance Management. But there is a lot ofproblems in the actual performance of communication, which affects theeffectiveness of Performance Management. Therefore, it is necessary forresearch on corporate performance communication problems.In the modern enterprise management, although the enterprise managersaware that the importance of Performance Communication, but in actualproblems existing in the course of Performance Communication, especially theestablishment and improvement of communication channels,and managers andemployees on improving communication skills shall be noted. In the processof Performance Communication, we should pay attention to these problems, andthrough the Performance Communication strategies, to solve the problemsexisting in the performance communication, ensure performance managementprocess performance the smooth implementation of communication, improvethe effectiveness of the performance management.On the basis of foreign and domestic relative literature and Chinesepractice, the thesis uses many different research methods, such as literatureresearch, case analysis, cross research analysis, qualitative and quantitativeanalysis to research on the Performance Communication. And it also have theresearch on strategies of Performance Communication, try to construct an effective communication system and Performance Communication mechanism.This article is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the background, significance, methods, theoretical basis,innovation of the research. The second chapter is the overview of theperformance of communication, it introduces the basic content of theperformance of communication, research status, as well as the importance andnecessity of its existence in the performance management and organizationalmanagement. The third chapter, the status quo of China’s corporate performancecommunication and problems, which mainly describes the status quo of China’senterprises in the performance of communication, as well as the problemsarising in communication. Chapter4, the influencing factor of the PerformanceCommunication. The main analysis to study the various factors that affect thePerformance Communication in the process of communication. The fifth chapter,the channels and strategies of Performance Communication. It mainlyintroduces the channels of Performance Communication, and then it givesadvices about what can we do in order to achieve the PerformanceCommunication well. Chapter6, the studies of Performance Communicationcase, it mainly through the analysis of the existing case to prove the result of thearticle. Chapter7, summary, it is the final instructions and supplement for thearticle.In the modern enterprise management enhancing PerformanceCommunication can help organizations to solve the problems efficiently, that itcan reduce internal resistance and increase coherence and competition abilitiesof organizations, and then help organizations to reach their targets more quickly.For this, the study has theoretical and practical significance.This paper the innovation points mainly in find out and analyze theproblems of Performance Communication through in-depth analysis, and atthe same time, the thesis propose system strategies of PerformanceCommunication with China’s business background in order to promote theeffective implementation of Performance Management.
