This is a medium-term strategy. The second strategy is getting to the oversea markets when the initial financial consortium is founded. At the guide of international strategy, expanding overseas business actively to adapt to the development of globalization, and this is a long-term strategy.This thesis has many qualitative analyses and reflects reality with real data. In this thesis we give some suggestions to the development strategy of Hualong Securities Company, hoping it can have good reference value not only to Hualong Securities Company but also to some other medium-sized securities companies in China.
