The wisdom of the city industry is now the trend of high-tech science and technology construction in China,there are many cities such as Hangzhou,let the smart city has become the top priority of high-tech industry planning.The WXEP company studied in this paper has seventeen years of precipitation and development in both the social security and e-government of human resources in the field of smart city.It has already become a software enterprise specialized in this industry both inside and outside the province.However,more and more fierce market competition,WXEP how to implement competitive strategies in the existing environment in order to better and stronger in this area is the content of this article.This paper analyzes the various environmental factors inside and outside the company,using SWOT to study the current strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats,using the five forces model analysis of the current competitive situation,based on theoretical and practical research to make changes to the strategic direction and competitive strategy,And analyzed and summarized how to implement these tactics.According to the research in this article,the company should integrate industry resources,open up differentiated market with core competitiveness,streamline the strategic direction of the existing market,and provide integrated solutions to large customers to achieve the company's goal.The research of this paper has been based on the development of WXEP in Hangzhou in recent years.It expands to enterprises under the metropolitan industry of IOT high and new technology.In a rapidly expanding environment,the company should adjust its internal structure and take advantage of its advantages Streamline the market,carry out strategic assessment and project management,in order to grasp and implement the competitive strategy formulated in the development of enterprises at the same time promote the entire industry.The results obtained in this dissertation can provide a strategic reference for enterprises involved in smart city-related businesses to participate in market competition in a similar environment.
