As we know, the PRD-oriented economy is very high in Guangdong province and are the country’s major export commodity production bases. Here are many small and medium foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises, a few years ago, these companies rely on cost advantages can still survive. Recently, highly increase of material price and gradual increase in labor costs, the yuan exchange rate, bank interest rates and export policy adjustments. the survival of SMEs trying to conquer by low-cost in the road processing a crossroads, many SME owners struggling to find a new way out.This is the object of study in one of these SMEs, is my own business. Because the above background in this year,As more SMEs in Guangdong province, SF Technology company have the huge impact of reduced customer orders, raw material costs surge by200%but other costs such as labor costs, factory rent, management fees and so a certain levels increase, the company almost can not surrive. Faced with such drastic changes in the external market environment, companies must pay more attention to the company’s future strategic development and make new strategic development plan.In this paper,based on the actual situation of the enterprises themselves, the use of theoretical knowledge related to strategic management learned in the MBA classroom, the context for economic restructuring in the Pearl River Delta SF technology company slow growth or even facing backwards, in the full analysis of national macro-environment and the company’s industry environment, in-depth analysis of SF Ltd own situation and problems, make new business development objectives, development strategy and implementation strategy. Through this study, will help the company’s awareness of their own. using effective resources to adapt to external changes in the harsh environment to help companies quickly adapt to the economic transformation of the background requirements of the smooth realization of industrial upgrading. Also tentatively to provide some reference for domestic small business export processing and related industries to find a smooth transition path.
