Research On The Major Asset Restructuring Of Listed Companies In China

With the deeply rapid development of socialist market economy,especially since the beginning of the twenty-first Century,the growing economic links between the world and China is the objective requirements of China's enterprises especially listed companies constantly improve their own competitiveness,to adapt to the changing economic situation.In recent years,the demand of China's listed companies for major assets restructuring is gradually increasing in China.The process is speeding up gradually.Listed company hopes to carry out a major reorganization of assets to optimize the allocation of resources,enhance the ability of business purpose;hopes to adjust industrial structure through restructuring,to achieve cross industry development,looking for new profit growth point,to improve its ability to resist risks.This paper introduces the basic theory of asset restructuring,asset restructuring modes,the definition for the Major asset restructuring,From the perspective of enterprise management,analyzes the current situation of the Major assets restructuring in China,including quantitative analysis and main trading forms,puts forward the existing problems in China,and then finds out countermeasures and gives some suggestions to solve the problems,and analyzes a case of recent major asset restructuring.This paper collects data,does research on the material assets reorganization problems of China's listed Corporation of using case analysis,hoping to provide reference for the development of Major assets restructuring of China's listed Corporation.
