Study On Technology Innovation Management Based On Production Site Of Jnmc Refinery

Production site technological innovation of Non-ferrous metal processing enterprise is one of the important means to enhance comprehensive competitiveness. Refinery of JNMC as the final production process, after nearly50years of development, process technology and product quality has been greatly improved. At the same time, technological innovation also has achieved fruitful results. However, with the implementation of the JNMC international business strategy, refinery face the new situation such as the complexity of the international competitive environment, the capacity to further expand, the complex of raw material and process to meet the requirement of raw material. This need to put forward higher requirements for the technological innovation of the production process. Refinery once again faces with severe tests and challenges. In short, it is urgent to build a new technological innovation management mode of production site in order to improve the on-site management level, to meet new demands of expanding of capacity and enhancing the recovery and the quality of products.This paper use technological innovation, on-site and project management theory, analyze systematic JNMC refinery technological innovation management status of production site, point out the problems of refinery such as the lack of normative management procedures and risk prevention awareness, sustainability and efficiency of technological innovation. Meanwhile, to analyze the problems at this stage, combined with technological innovation actual situation of on-site management, to design the corresponding theoretical research model, built technological innovation system, give a solution with a view to JNMC production site management of technological innovation to provide a reliable theoretical basis to further enhance the refinery production site management of technological innovation capacity., integrate the advantage of on-site technical innovation, and increase overall competitiveness. Therefore, refinery’s problems that meet on site is universal in the metal processing industry, study and solve this problems that will provide the help and realistic reference value to all the traditional metal processing industry production site management of technological innovation in the future.
