Along with the change of the economic environment at home and abroad,increasingly dynamic complex environment has become pressure and challenges thatthe enterprise must face. Industry maturity improve, small and medium-sizedenterprises competition and foreign enterprise carry a large number of capital,advanced technology, famous brand to China market which caused China’senterprises quite a shock. Dilemma, recession and even death of the enterprises isalready normal. In the21st century, a series of crisis ensues, such as sk-ii refundstrict, KFC Sudan red events, nestle baby milk powder events, melamine events andvanke "poison floor" event and so on that astounded consumers. Therefore, considerto the long-term development enterprise health, it is imperative to build theenterprise the risk early warning.In this thesis, enterprise daily management risk has considered the researchobject, comprehensively employing the risk management theory, early warningmanagement theory, system theory to build the enterprise the risk early warning.This thesis organized in five parts:In the first part, it overviews research ideas, research methods and over allframework. Then the theory of enterprise risk early warning reviewed andsummarized to determine the theoretical basis of this study. The third part analyzescurrent situation of China’s enterprise management, summarized the China Dailyoperational risks of enterprise internal and external factors; The fourth part, on thebase of more than200typical case of crisis management in the recent10years, usescomprehensive environmental analysis method to identify and comprehensiveanalysis enterprise daily management of internal and external face risk factor.Through establishing risk early-warning index system, using the multi-level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model and warning response mechanism to build theChina’s enterprise daily management risk early warning mechanism; The last doempirical research on vanke real estate Co., LTD management risk state, and givecorresponding suggestions warning response according to the results. By constructing daily management risk early warning mechanism of Chinaenterprise, going on dynamic tracking to the enterprise management the stages ofdevelopment, and doing advance prevention, course control and after process thathas the important practical significance and reference to the management of theenterprise.
