Research On The Risk Early Warning Of Chinese Enterprises' Infrastructure Investment In Central And Eastern Europe

Infrastructure investment has the characteristics of large amount of engineering,long period,uncertainty of risk and so on.As China's business investment in central and Eastern Europe increases year by year,the risk is also increasing.Therefore,it is very important to reduce the risk of infrastructure investment in central and Eastern Europe.According to the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis principle,using AHP to determine the weights of indicators of risk;secondly,establishing risk early-warning model by using multi-level grey evaluation method to calculate accurate,objective and scientific index weight by using expert scoring method;finally the author analyzes the infrastructure investment in central and Eastern European countries,first of all the relevant data the index of consolidation in Eastern European countries,by every country all kinds of risk early warning evaluation index of correlation coefficient through the collation of data and calculation,through the calculation of the risk in the Eastern European countries the value of index weight and correlation coefficient.Through the case analysis,we get the risk value ranking of infrastructure investment in China and Eastern European countries.The risk value of Czech is the largest and the relative risk is the least.The risk of Serbia is the least,and its risk is the greatest.It provides some reference for Chinese enterprises to make investment decisions on the infrastructure of central and Eastern European countries.
