Early-warning Model Research On The Enterprise IT Crisis

At present, more and more business is implemented in increasingly complex IT systems. The threat that the security of the computer system received is increasing with the deepening of Internet applications. Modern enterprises give highly attention to information security and disaster backup. It proves that early warning of IT crisis is becoming increasingly important. In order to be on the initiative, the sense of crisis is not enough. We should capture the sign of IT crisis in time and provide practical measures. With close attention to the early warning of IT crisis, the thesis constructs a evaluation system of early warning IT crisis, which provides guideline for establishing the early warning of IT crisis management system.With ways of extensive investigations and interviews, a large number of first-hand data and information related to IT crisis were collected. Based on the research achievements of theory about crisis management in home and abroad, and combined with the features of the IT systems, the third chapter of the thesis analyzed the problems which were named the reason of the IT crisis, and its bad results. At the same time it introduced the general process of the early warning. Based on the four aspects of employee, facilities, environment and management, Chapter IV began to introduce indicator system of the early warning of IT crisis. The assessment results of IT crisis could be gained via multi-level fuzzy evaluation methodology which can make a comprehensive evaluation for the quantitative and qualitative issues, outputted in a drawing of early warning signals. It provided managers with intuitive data image, and made early warning of IT crisis management more scientific. Chapter V explained the pre-crisis control measures, brought up the recovery plans in case IT departments of the corporate running into emergency.The thesis applied the concept of early warning management into IT environments. Combined with enterprise IT information and characteristics of the system, guided by the feasible and effective, we established evaluation system of IT crisis. It not only possessed the innovate in theoretical aspects of IT crisis management, but also provided programs and solutions of disaster recovery for enterprise, which would help to protect the safety of the operation of IT systems, the normal business operations.
