Empirical Research On Impact Of Intellectual Capital For Corporate Performance

Evaluation of enterprise assets operation and financial efficiency and capital preservation and appreciation of operating results, a comprehensive comparative analysis of the past and the present situation of the enterprise, to find out the methods and countermeasures, improve enterprise performance upgrade to speed up the manufacturing industry. In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital as a kind of new resource has gradually become the core competitiveness of enterprises to create value. It as a "soft asset" is a key factor to improve performance in the process of manufacturing industry to upgrade. In this paper, combined with management science, statistics discipline knowledge, manufacturing company as the research object of this article, collecting and sorting the 338 manufacturing related financial data of listed companies, using the method of factor analysis and regression analysis, the intellectual capital and its constituent elements and the relationship between the corporate perform. First of all, on the basis of the review of relevant literature, summarized about the definition of intellectual capital, structure, measuring method and characteristics, puts forward four elements of intellectual capital and 9 index elaboration. Second, to the enterprise performance and intellectual capital of nine variables descriptive statistics analysis, understanding of manufacturing business performance of listed companies and the situation of the intellectual capital. Intellectual capital on the basis of factor analysis, the final analysis it is concluded that four main factors and the score of F1 of human capital, innovation capital of F2, process capital scoring F3 and F4 relationship capital scores. The multiple linear regression analysis, to study the effect of intellectual capital to the enterprise whole performance, the paper, the empirical analysis results show that the four essential factors of intellectual capital can have a significant impact on enterprise performance, the influence of each factor to the enterprise performance is different, including the influence of human capital is the most significant. On this basis, the further research on enterprise performance the intellectual capital elements, the influence of the four elements of intellectual capital refining indicators and the performance of the enterprise in a multiple linear regression. Finally the empirical analysis results show that the four the refinement of elements of the intellectual capital index effects on enterprise performance is different, the average level of education, customer concentration no significant impact on business performance. In this paper, the results show that the reasonable management of intellectual capital, the corporate performance of listed companies to improve manufacturing. Manufacturing listed companies should attach importance to intellectual capital value creation. Specifically, managers must strengthen the human capital and capital value creation process, attaches great importance to the innovation of capital input, timely adjust relationship capital development strategy.
