| In recent years, energy consumption surges and the ecological environment is deteriorating. Especially, the sharp increase in carbon dioxide emission lead to the worsening global climate change. Global low carbon revolution is on the rise. The government introduced a policy of low carbon product certification to guide and encourage companies in the supply chain to achieve the supply chain win-win situation in economic and ecological by giving full consideration to the impact of carbon emissions when pursuing economic interests. Base on the current situation, this paper combine with the low carbon supply chain and supply chain network optimization theories and add carbon emissions constraints into the related traditional theories. And then give a comprehensive analysis of the influence of carbon emissions constraints on the supply chain network optimization.First of all, this paper make a brief introduction to carbon footprint rating and the relative concepts of supply chain, then analyze the carbon emissions constraints. Besides, this paper propose the network optimization goals and principles combine with the related theories of supply chain network optimization. Based on previous research, this paper qualitatively analyze how carbon emissions constraints effect supply chain on the aspects of product design, procurement, production, logistics, recycling and so on. At last, this paper use0-1mixed integer programming and multi-objective programming approach comprehensively to establish the model of supply chain network optimization on the basis of carbon emissions limits, carbon tax and carbon emissions trading. Compared to the trend of these three models from three aspects, such as the gross of carbon emission, the gross cost of supply chain and distribution center site selection decision. And then consider the effect of low carbon product certification on product design, procurement, production, logistics, recycling, realize the supply chain network optimization. At last, this paper makes a numerical simulation analysis of the model and propose the conditions when enterprises can choose reasonable measures to reduce emissions. This case further demonstrates the scientific nature and feasibility of these three models. All in all, Based on the traditional supply network optimization model, This paper takes into account carbon emissions constraints, which makes supply chains tend to be more practical and significance. On the other hand, the model provides nation who is developing series of carbon constraints some exploratory recommendations. |
