The pattern of the relationship of manufacturers and suppliers gradually turns to integration, mutual influence and interdependence network pattern, which leads to the supply nodes of the supply network are impacted when any node of the network failure occurs, which will seriously affect the operation of the entire network in the event of network interruption and it will be a huge losses to the demand sides of the downstream. Therefore, the supply network planning has been attracted the attention of scholars and entrepreneurs. At the same time, reasonable and effective planning of the supply network has great value and significance. The subject of this study is supply relationship network that is composed by multi-levels suppliers. In order to avoid the occurrence of risk events, enterprises often need to consider the resilience factor in the process of planning of their own supply networks. However, more resilient supply network will bring a corresponding cost increase. Therefore, this paper will consider the factors of resilience and cost to analyze and plan the supply network of enterprises. The resilience factor is considered in the planning of the supply network, so the first part of this paper defines the supply network resilience, and it believes that the resilience of the supply network is a kind of ability, that is, when the risk event occurs, the supply network can quickly restore to the normal supply state or the ideal supply state. The resilience of the supply network is made up of the robustness and the flexible of the supply network; Then this paper reviews related literature of the supply network resilience; Further, on the basis of the traditional planning model of the supply network and drawing on the existing research literatures, this paper establishes the supply network model of considering the factor of resilience in the case of the occurrence of risk events, combining three strategies that ease supply disruptions----the multi-source supply strategy, the emergency inventory strategy and demand postponement strategy, and does some analysis of the parameters that effect the resilience of the supply network model in order to provide the necessary reference for the decision makers. The results show that in the planning of the supply network, the supply limiting parameters and the expectation tolerance reliability of the supply network will greatly affect the geographic area of the supply network node, while expectation tolerance delay level and expectation tolerance service level will greatly affect the emergency stocks of supply nodes and the delay amount. What’s more, small changes of these four parameters will lead to great changes of the supply network cost. So, the actual supply network planning should weigh the supply network cost and resilience, achieving the purpose of improving the supply network resilience under the bearable cost range. This paper builds the optimization model, so the cost is the lowest under the resilience that is led by the set of the four parameters. The last is the conclusion and outlook. This paper includes12figures,6tables and41references.
