| Public project is the most basic component elements of area system and it has a significant impact on the regional economic, ecological and social, sustainability of public project to a large extent determines the sustainability of the region. But the current domestic about public project sustainable research, focus on individual project, and ignore the project which in the ecological niche, causing the theory and practice are not uniform, namely, the theory is feasible, the practice is not feasible. On the basis of summing up the. past experience, this paper build public project ecological system, and from the project population and project community which is a new perspective to study public project ability of sustainable development.The article first analyzes the current situation and study the problems of the sustainability of public project at home and abroad, then the public project sustainable relevant theory were introduced, and the theory of ecology of public project population and community are defined.Secondly, on the basis of theoretical analysis, built from both the quality factor and health factor aspects of public project population and community sustainability evaluation system.Finally, use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index, and with reference to the definition of superior fuzzy set to calculate the evaluation index, in order to build public project population and community sustainability evaluation model, and the Zhengzhou-Xi’an railway network, for example, according to the evaluation method in this paper, the sustainable ability is analyzed. |
