| With the deepening of economic globalization, it is a major challenge for the enterprise to always maintain its own competitive advantage in the fierce competition. Corporate culture benefits organizational performance largely since it play important roles in business management. Many studies show that corporate culture and organizational performance are closely connected with each other, however, the research on the influence mechanism of corporate culture on organizational performance is still at the initial stage in the domestic.This paper to answer the question about the relationships between corporate culture and organizational performance in the context of business practices in our country. After a critical literature review of the related studies, the thesis attempted to introduce organizational leaning capability as an intermediate variable to explore the relationship between corporate culture and organizational performance. In order to make this research more accurate and in-depth, it focus on the core concept of the influence mechanism of corporate culture on organizational performance, the paper carries on the research of three stages.First of all, the paper clarifies the background, meaning, purpose and content of the research; Then, on the basis of reviewing the related studies, the paper constructs the research framework of the relationships among corporate cultureã€organizational leaning capability and organizational performance; Finally, the paper utilizes questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to validate the research model, and discussed the empirical results. The main results were showed as follows.(1)The corporate culture and its dimensions have positive effects on the organizational performance. Among the four dimensions of corporate culture, mission characteristics have the most positive effect on it.(2)The corporate culture and its dimensions have positive effects on organizational leaning capability, and applicability characteristics have the most positive effect on it.(3)The organizational leaning capability have positive effects on organizational performance.(4)The organizational leaning capability are significant intervening variables between corporate culture and its characteristics and organizational performance. The conclusion of this article, based on the analysis of empirical study, makes suggestions to the future of business management practices, points out the limitations of the research and presents prospects for future research.It is hoped that the thesis will be of use in following aspects: providing some theoretical guidance for the practice of enterprise culture in our country; helping enterprises to establish a scientific and effective corporate culture; promoting organizational leaning capability; improving organizational performance; enhancing the attractiveness and competitiveness of enterprises. And also hope it can perfecting the corporate culture theory. |
