The Yeahcome Co. was established in 1997.It is the leader of health care industry in Hunan. But as the industry continues to develop, and the rapid development of some competitors, the absolute advantage of Yeahcome in the past has been meeting a great threat. In this industry background, Yeahcome need to adjust its strategy to enhance service quality. This strategy can sustain its competitive advantage in the fierce competition.After the analysis of SWOT and macro, industry, and internal environment that Yeahcome is in, the service strategy of Yeahcome was developed by analyzing Porter’s Five Forces, comparing with competitors, matrix analyzing of the competition situation and combing with the vision, strategic goals, guiding principles of Yeahcome. The service strategy means taking effective measures to implement personalized service on the basis of standardized service and to achieve the one-stop service ultimately. It also contains creating value for customers, improving the satisfaction and loyalty of customer in order to promote the growth of business.In order to serve the achievement of strategic objectives, the paper also raised some security-related measures for the company’s strategy need, such as personnel security, improve the rules and regulations, sustained and effective service system, and focusing on internal communication. Meanwhile In addition, Yeahcome also need adjust its management and business philosophy, such as high-level support, flat management, customer-oriented, full authorization, and customer service management system. None but in close connection with all aspects together, the implementation of service strategies can be effective.
